Promotions and discounts on the e-receipt

Every e-receipt is a marketing channel. Add a discount coupon, QR code linking to your shop, or promo info — your customer sees them every time they check the receipt.

  • Text discount (e.g. "RABAT15 — −15% on the next purchase")

Configure the register

Enter the server address (eparagony.seleco.pro or your own) and the SHA-1 thumbprint on the POSNET register.

Issue a receipt

Sell as usual. The register automatically sends the receipt to the server over TLS.

Customer sees it

They enter the receipt number and the seller's NIP in the customer portal — they see the full document with UPO. Or get it by email.

Build customer loyalty straight on the receipt

Add promotional campaigns, discount coupons and QR codes that display to the customer in the portal right after the receipt loads. In multi-tenant mode, each company runs its own campaigns independently.

Do I need to change anything on the register?
No — just enter the server address (eparagony.seleco.pro or your own) and the SHA-1 certificate thumbprint in the menu Manager → Configuration → eParagon. Communication uses the standard POSNET protocol, no firmware modifications are needed.
What happens when the server is offline?
POSNET has built-in retry — the register will try again every few minutes for about 24 h. If it still fails, the receipt prints on paper as a fallback and the customer still gets it. SLAs on the Pro and Max plans minimise these situations.
What's the difference between SaaS and self-hosted?
SaaS = we host, you pay monthly and get a subdomain. Self-hosted = a one-off purchase installed on your server (Windows Server / Linux), full control of the data, no limits. Functionally both versions are identical — only the hosting location and billing model differ.
Does the customer need to register to view the receipt?
No. They just enter the receipt number (printed on the slip) and the seller's NIP in the customer portal. The session is temporary, in-memory, with no tracking cookies.
How does multi-tenant work in the self-hosted version?
One installer handles both modes — during install you pick MODE=single (single owner) or MODE=multi (many clients). In multi mode receipts are assigned to tenants automatically by NIP; each sees only their own, optionally receiving a daily summary by email.
Where is the data stored?
SaaS — in our infrastructure in Poland, with daily backups. Self-hosted — wherever you install the server (typically SQLite on a local disk, but external volumes are supported too).
